Elena joins us to discuss her over 100-pound ALL NATURAL keto and intermittent fasting weight loss! She helps us bust myths regarding ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. She talks about how she got her whole family on board with the ketogenic lifestyle and shares an amusing story of what happened when she told her daughter’s pediatrician that she was on the keto diet! We also end up going on a deep dive on bulletproof coffee! Elena is living proof that there is more than one healthy diet or way to live.
