FWGCHAT

FWG Chat | Episode 6

I had the pleasure of interviewing Al Zaragoza (@al_keto_bonito on Instagram) on this episode of FWG Chat (originally aired on January 24, 2019) and he absolutely killed it!! We talked candidly about how he lost 170 lbs NATURALLY, what motivated him to finally lose weight and the advice he would give somebody who is looking to lose major pounds. Al’s funny, down to earth and undeniable proof that ANYBODY is capable of reaching their weight loss goals!!
