I’m back with another episode of FWG Chat (originally aired on February 7, 2019)!! On this episode, I start off by giving my thoughts on the latest publication from The Lancet on the emerging trend of cancer in young adults. It’s a very important article that a lot of people have been talking about, so we go in depth on what the article means and whether we should be alarmed by its findings.
We follow that up with a brief Q&A where I answer your questions on whether it’s recommended you take medication while fasting, my opinion on cleanses and celery juice and much, much more!
