FASTING AND BEYOND

DITCH THE DIET DRINKS!

It’s time to open up the mailbag again and answer some more great follower questions! I answer these questions on episode 14 of Fasting and Beyond (originally recorded on May 19, 2020):

  • 02:45 – Do supplements (like creatine, branched-chain amino acids, etc.) in pill form break fasts?
  • 11:15 – Are diet sodas (I call them pop!) OK?
  • 13:40 – What do I suggest to people who have hit a plateau (SPOILER ALERT: I refer them to my IGTV on the matter)?

I also answered a question that was left on my DMs by a follower wondering how long it takes for the scale to move after you begin intermittent fasting (HINT: you probably aren’t going to like my answer).
