I was super excited to be a guest on the Beyond A Dress Size podcast! On the episode, I got candid with host Dr. Ezinne Meribe about my weight-loss journey. I shared with her that it wasn’t until I made the decision to lose weight for “health” reasons and not “beauty” reasons that I started to achieve sustainable results.
