DON’T LET YOUR ONE MEAL A DAY BE A SALAD

I recently joined Dr. Nancy Rolnik’s for an Instagram Live chat on a variety of subjects (originally recorded on Tuesday, May 12, 2020). Some of the topics include:

  • Dr. Rolnik and I talked about our experiences with reading Dr. Jason Fung’s The Obesity Code. We break down the basics of intermittent fasting
  • We talked about the concept of metabolic switching.
  • Should you calorie count when you are in your eating window? Dr. Rolnik and I examine that question.
  • We explain why you cannot intermittent fast and have your One Meal a Day be a salad.
  • Dr. Rolnik and I share hacks on how you can get in more (healthy) calories.
  • Does fasting break down your muscles? We answer that question.
  • Dr. Rolnik and I talked about the relationship between ketosis and fasting.
  • We also talked about making doctor’s signatures!!
