FASTING AND BEYOND

FASTING AND BEYOND | EPISODE 12 | THE FASTED ATHLETE WITH CHRIS CLARK

I couldn’t think of a better way to spend my birthday than to have my brother Chris Clark join me on the latest episode of Fasting and Beyond (recorded on May 4, 2020)! Chris was a Division 1 athlete in tennis for four years at the University of Toledo and he still stays incredibly fit (if you don’t believe me, just check out some of his workouts that he shares on his Instagram and YouTube channel). He has recently started incorporating intermittent fasting into his daily routine. Like a lot of athletes, Chris was reluctant to give fasting a try due to some preconceived beliefs. After a little bit of pestering by me (hey, that’s what big sisters are for! 😇), he gave it a shot and share some of his results with us (spoiler alert: they are fantastic!!).

Whether it’s coaching or competing, Chris continues to remain very active in the tennis community. If you are a fan of tennis or just somebody who is passionate about working out and staying fit, be sure to give Chris a follow on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/the_traveling_tennis_coach/ and on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6Gh8-NawbxPeqxUTxt6UCw.
