THE #FASTSQUATFAST CHALLENGE

Staying at home over the next several weeks can and will truly make a difference in battling the COVID-19 pandemic.  However, more home time can lead to a more sedentary lifestyle and make fasting challenging. That’s why, for the next 30 days, I’ve created the #FastSquatFast Challenge!

Join me in regular fasting, squats, and more for thirty days!

Goals:

  • Fast for at least 16 hours daily.
  • 3 sets of squats in the fasted state.  The number of squats per set is your age!  You can add additional exercises if you’d like!  You can substitute your age for 3 sets of 20.
