READ MY PROFILE ON DIET DOCTOR!!

My story was recently featured on Diet Doctor. Diet Doctor is one of the largest sites focusing strictly on low carb and ketogenic lifestyles in the world. It is an excellent resource for sound, evidence-based articles on the science behind a keto and low carb. The site also has a plethora of tasty recipes and profiles of many people (like me!) who have found success through ketogenic or low carb living! Check out a brief excerpt of my article below:

I came across The Obesity Code. The science made sense and I began to implement intermittent fasting. I then read Deep Nutrition, which emphasized a more ancestral approach to eating and gradually lowered my carb intake. This helped me to reach my lowest nonpregnant weight of 177 pounds (80 kilos), and I’m still continuing to lose and redistribute my body composition.

My life now is so great! I have more energy, am more active, enjoy playing with my VERY active boys, and am medication free! For the first time in over ten years, I do not require medication to control my hypertension and my blood sugars and HbA1C are completely normal. It is not uncommon for me to have fasting blood sugars in the low to mid 70s.
